1. Our services include

3. Pricing and Payment

Quotes: Initial quotes are based on the information available during the consultation. Final pricing may adjust based on site conditions and product selections.
Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to book your installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Additional Costs: Any unforeseen costs arising from site conditions or client-requested modifications will be communicated and require approval before proceeding.

4. Client Responsibilities

Access: Ensure our team has clear and unobstructed access to the installation areas.
Information: Provide accurate details about your property and any specific requirements or concerns.
Permits: Secure any necessary permits or approvals required for the installation on your property.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

Warranty: We offer a 15 year warranty on our installation services and products, covering defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure the effectiveness and longevity of your mosquito meshes and blinds. We offer maintenance services upon request.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule your installation, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled installation may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will strive to accommodate rescheduling requests, though availability may vary based on our schedule.

7. Liability

Deus Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
